Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement/ERP systems (Coupa, Workday).
• Strong understanding of PO and invoicing processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with procurement software.
• Proficient with MS Office and procurement software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and vendor-relationship skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• 2–4 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• CPSM/CSCP/CPP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local lead for Coupa purchasing processes, including requisitions and PO workflows.
• Create, process and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery.
• Verify pricing, quantities and supplier data before processing orders.
• Track orders and shipments; coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts and compliance documentation.
• Communicate order status and resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes and cost-saving opportunities.
• Onboard new vendors with Corporate Procurement and maintain records.
• Prepare procurement activity and utilization reports.
