Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Procurement Compliance & Coupa Enablement Specialist to help hotel teams buy from contracted vendors and maintain compliant purchasing workflows. You will support supplier onboarding, spend reporting, and ongoing Coupa configuration for accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll partner with the Senior Procurement Analyst to pull and prepare spend data, maintain compliance trackers, and assist with month-end and ad hoc reporting while ensuring policy-aligned supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Purchasing Compliance, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain support.
Hands-on Coupa administration experience and familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Help property teams buy from contracted vendors by guiding decisions and sharing vendor lists.
Monitor off-contract spend and compliance gaps across properties, categories, and vendors.
Support Coupa setup, supplier onboarding, and approval workflows; enable reporting and dashboards.
