Responsibilities

• Respond to procurement inquiries from local and global teams and provide guidance
• Engage with vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Evaluate purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders, and track open orders in SAP
• Update vendor and inventory codes in SAP
• Monitor orders against quotes and delivery times
• Expedite orders to minimize operational disruption
• Obtain tracking and goods receipt information for shipments
• Support field technicians' delivery needs and escalate errors
• Maintain procurement logs, databases, and records
• Assist with development of procurement forms and documents
• Identify problems and propose solutions
• Submit improvement ideas to enhance team performance
