Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operational purchasing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience with SAP, including SAP MM; SAP Ariba preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational purchasing activities.
• Review and validate purchase requisitions for accuracy.
• Create and manage purchase orders in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm orders and expedite deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Utilize SAP Ariba to enhance supplier collaboration.
• Coordinate inbound transportation and track goods receipt.
