Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8+ years in project management, transformation, PMO, or strategy execution.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into insights and clear recommendations.
• Exceptional project management discipline with the ability to structure complex work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to produce executive‑ready materials.
• Ability to influence without authority and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of prioritizing in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Procurement Regional Director to translate priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and structured reporting.
• Lead and coordinate transformation and improvement projects across Ground and Rail, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Build project plans, track progress, manage risks, and deliver concise, executive‑ready updates for decision making.
• Conduct research, analysis, and business case development to evaluate opportunities and operational enhancements.
• Facilitate alignment across operations, commercial teams, finance, HR, and other functions for coordinated execution.
• Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking.
• Prepare clear, polished presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for internal and customer discussions.
• Identify process gaps and document improved ways of working across Ground and Rail.
• Serve as a central coordination point for the RVP, ensuring visibility to barriers, risks, and upcoming priorities.
