Job summary

Intersect is seeking an Equipment Procurement Transaction Lead to own high-value equipment transactions across power, data center, and renewables portfolios. You will steer RFPs, negotiate complex supply agreements, and coordinate inputs from Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to bankable contracts.

You will manage deal timelines, present tradeoffs to executives, and cultivate strategic supplier relationships while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience procuring major equipment and negotiating EPC or equipment supply contracts for large power or data center projects.
• Demonstrated transaction leadership with ability to own deals and guide cross-functional teams.
• Advanced contracting and negotiation skills, including warranties, liquidated damages, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute major equipment supply transactions for solar, BESS, wind, gas, and HV assets.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with scope definition and bid leveling; provide award recommendations.
• Support EPC contract negotiations and manage post-execution actions and amendments.
• Drive cross-functional deal leadership across Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal.
• Translate complex requirements into cohesive contract structures and present to executives.
