Job summary

Intersect, a Google-backed energy and data center infrastructure company, is seeking an Equipment Procurement Transaction Lead to own high-value equipment supply transactions across solar, gas generation, wind, and storage projects.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, you will structure RFPs, negotiate complex supply agreements, and coordinate Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to secure bankable contracts and long-run value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience procuring major equipment and negotiating EPC or equipment supply contracts.
• Proven transaction leadership with the ability to take complete ownership of a deal.
• Strong commercial contracting, warranties, and delivery schedule knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute major equipment supply agreements aligned to schedules and targets.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with scope, bids, and award recommendations.
• Support EPC contract negotiations and manage post-execution actions (amendments, changes, warranties).
