Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago is seeking a Project Controls, Cost & Schedule Analyst to support the Construction Business Group by managing the Oracle procurement-to-payment lifecycle and partnering with Project Management to ensure timely procurement, invoicing, and reporting.

This on-site role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment with a base pay range and a 15% bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or project controls.
• Familiarity with POs, change orders, invoices, and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions in Oracle.
• Process purchase change orders and reflect scope/price changes.
• Submit and track invoices for timely payment processing.
• Generate receipts in Oracle for received goods/services.
• Collaborate with Project Management to meet project needs.
• Monitor procurement-to-payment activities and resolve delays or errors.
• Develop ad-hoc reports on POs, invoices, receipts, and costs.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure process compliance.
