Job summary

Meta seeks an Application Manager to own and transform Meta's procurement technology ecosystem, spanning source-to-pay, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and spend analytics. You will shape strategic direction, drive cross‑functional alignment, and lead transformational initiatives with billions of dollars in spend and thousands of users.

You will own architecture decisions, drive buy-vs-build, optimize integrations, and advance AI and automation to improve efficiency and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in application management or enterprise technology with procurement focus.
• 7+ years with Oracle Fusion Procure to Pay (configuration, implementation, integration).
• Experience defining multi-year technology strategies across domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year application strategy for Meta's procurement tech ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary owner for transformational procurement technology initiatives.
• Own architecture decisions across procurement landscape and evaluate buy-vs-build.
• Influence KPIs and drive data-driven decision making across procurement domains.
• Lead collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Define and maintain risk, security, and compliance framework for procurement apps.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and emergent tech to transform spend processes.
• Oversee application health, production support, and system upgrades.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and manage strategic partnerships with Oracle and others.
• Lead integration strategy across ERP and adjacent systems; ensure data integrity.
