Meta’s Enterprise Technology team seeks an Application Manager to own and transform Meta’s procurement technology ecosystem across source-to-pay, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and analytics. You will shape strategic direction, drive cross-organizational prioritization, and deliver high-impact programs touching billions in spend and thousands of users.

You will lead architecture decisions, optimize total cost of ownership, and steer risk, security, and compliance for procurement apps

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application management or technical product ownership with procurement focus.
• 7+ years with Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay implementation and lifecycle management.
• Experience driving multi-year technology strategies across domains.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for Meta's procurement technology ecosystem.
• Own transformational procurement initiatives across Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and supplier management.
• Lead architecture decisions and evaluate buy-vs-build and integrations.
• Influence KPIs and align product metrics with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable application solutions.
• Define risk, security, and compliance frameworks for procurement apps.
• Drive AI, automation, and analytics within procurement workflows.
• Ensure application health, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Manage vendor roadmaps and strategic partnerships with Oracle and others.
• Oversee data integrity and end-to-end data flows across ERP modules.
