Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to own procurement technology strategy across S2C and P2P, driving vision, backlog, and measurable outcomes from a remote position in the United States.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, coordinate ERP integrations (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE), advocate for automation and touchless processing, and ensure auditability and controls while partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of functional/technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business systems and tech procurement pipelines.
• 2+ years Low-Code/No-Code hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code applications and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with S2P Platforms like SAP Ariba/GEP/Coupa/Ivalua or similar platforms across S2C and/or P2P modules.
• Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards (including master data and transactional flows).
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps) and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption.
• Strong SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong experience translating business needs into epics/features/user stories and functional specifications.
• Proven leadership in testing and release readiness (UAT leadership, defect triage, go-live/hypercare).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional/technical lead for Procurement technology product area, defining vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Own and maintain product backlog, prioritization, refinement, and alignment to business value.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P; drive standardization vs local variation.
• Drive AI and automation across S2C and P2P to improve UX, compliance, and cycle times.
• Act as project functional/technical lead for implementations, rollouts, and enhancements (global/regional).
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes across Procurement, Finance, and upstream/downstream systems.
• Manage functional risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs; ensure delivery quality.
• Own end-to-end requirements: BRD, functional specs, flow diagrams, controls, acceptance criteria.
• Design and standardize S2C and P2P processes including supplier onboarding, catalog management, approvals, and invoicing.
• Ensure solutions support auditability and key controls; provide configuration oversight for Ariba or similar modules.
• Lead integrations between S2P suite and ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE); collaborate with iPaaS/ESB/API teams.
