Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to help develop and improve purchasing processes, tools, and reporting. The role supports tool testing, implementation, and continuous improvement across the Purchasing Processes & Systems team.

You will liaise with internal partners and suppliers, create executive summaries, and contribute to KPI analyses to drive efficiency and digitalization efforts in Alabama operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience required.
• Fluent English (written and oral) essential.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data visualization skills.
• Interest in contract negotiation and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Assist with development and improvement of purchasing processes and reporting tools.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and management briefings communicating data and status.
• Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of purchasing tools.
• Serve as liaison between internal partners, suppliers, and purchasing team.
• Prepare user training materials and process documentation.
• Participate in workshops and progress reporting.
• Analyze and present KPIs to management.
• Support digitalization within Purchasing.
