Job summary

You will assist with developing purchasing processes, create data-driven PowerPoint briefings, and support testing and deployment of purchasing tools. The role involves building Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and participating in workshops to drive standardization and digitalization across purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and improvement of purchasing processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that clearly communicate data, project status, and key findings.
• Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of purchasing tools and applications.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, PivotTables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools.
• Create, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and report progress.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with the development and improvement of purchasing processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that clearly communicate data, project status, and key findings.
• Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of purchasing tools and applications.
• Serve as liaison between internal business partners, suppliers and the purchasing team.
• Assist with user support, training materials, process documentation, and system instructions.
• Participate in team workshops, project meetings, and process improvement activities.
• Run, analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Support organizational development initiatives focused on improving efficiency, standardization, and digitalization within Purchasing.

Other Regular Daily Tasks:

• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, PivotTables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools.
• Create, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, project updates, and executive-level summaries.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and report progress.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization activities within the Purchasing Processes & Systems team.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education

Bachelor's degree inFinance/Controlling, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management, Procurement, Legal, HR Management, Supply Chain Management or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
