Support digitalization projects that improve Purchasing processes, reporting, data visibility, and day-to-day efficiency.
Build and improve Excel-based tools using formulas, PivotTables, charts, data validation, lookups, and structured data analysis.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that turn project data and analysis into clear, concise business stories.
Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions used to track KPIs and project performance.
Assist with process mapping, system testing, data validation, documentation, and implementation activities for digitalization projects.
Work with internal business partners to gather requirements, identify manual or repetitive activities, and help develop more efficient digital solutions.
Analyze project and process data, identify trends or gaps, and present findings and recommendations to the team and management.
Participate in digitalization workshops, project meetings, continuous-improvement activities, and user-training efforts.
Maintain and enhance Excel trackers, reports, PivotTables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools used by the team.
Prepare and update PowerPoint project updates, dashboards, process overviews, and executive-level summaries.
Update Power BI reports and dashboards and validate the accuracy and consistency of source data.
Track digitalization project actions, timelines, risks, and deliverables; organize project meetings and communicate progress.
Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting ongoing automation, standardization, and digitalization activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement / Legal, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent English (written/oral) with strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced interest in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with formulas, PivotTables, charts, and presentation design preferred
High degree of motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn digital tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional environment
Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Interest in contract negotation and supplier management
