Qualifications

• Eligible to access LLNL per NDAA Section 3112.
• Undergraduate student in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Interest in business analysis, procurement systems, enterprise applications, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Learn how procurement processes and enterprise purchasing systems support laboratory operations.
• Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Participate in meetings with system users, process owners, software developers, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of requirements documents, process documentation, use cases, test plans, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist with application testing, documenting results.
• Analyze data and reporting requirements, identify data sources, and support reports or dashboards.
• Assist with project coordination, status tracking, meetings, and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
