Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is looking for a Procurement Systems Analyst to support sourcing, procurement, and supplier management platforms within SECU's centralized model.

The role covers system implementation, maintenance, analytics, reporting, change management, and training. A Bachelor's in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain is required with 5+ years in procurement/finance. CPSM/CPM and Lean/Six Sigma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of Procurement/Accounting/Finance work experience.
• Certified CPSM or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data extraction tools.
• Familiarity with Workday ERP, S2P platforms, and financial services experience desirable.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Systems and Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Procurement teams in processes, controls, and audits.
• Assist with end-to-end Source to Pay system design, testing, rollout, and maintenance.
• Refine and enhance Workday S2P modules and related workflows.
• Prepare communications, governance, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate supplier performance activities with business lines and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven reporting.
• Develop and maintain procurement metrics and dashboards.
• Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc data queries and reports.
