Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a procurement professional to guide stakeholders through purchasing processes, manage requisitions and P2P lifecycle, and collaborate with Finance and Vendor Management to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard development, and clear communication of procurement insights to leadership, with hybrid work options and a strong focus on process improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Years Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related.
• Minimum 2 Years of Finance, accounting, procurement or related.
• Preferred - 3 Years of Finance, accounting, procurement or related.
• In lieu of Education: 5 Years of Proven procurement or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for procurement inquiries and guide stakeholders through purchasing processes and supplier quote requests.
• Support Procure-to-Pay activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, changes, confirmations, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with finance, accounts payable, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Analyze spend, supplier, transaction, and procurement performance data to identify trends, savings and consolidation opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and validate procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for decision-making.
• Translate procurement data into clear insights describing trends, business impact, and recommended actions for leaders.
