Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• At least 3 years using Coupa.
• Strong understanding of P2P lifecycle and ERP systems.
• Coupa certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support procurement operations using Coupa, incl. PO/invoice templates, approvals, onboarding.
• Map business processes across functions to improve efficiency.
• Document and monitor processes for integration and compliance.
• Design and implement process changes per ITGC policies.
• Lead test planning and sign-off for business changes.
• Develop spend reports, supplier metrics, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
• Drive adoption of Coupa Supplier Portal and e-invoicing.
• Support Coupa platform enhancements and troubleshoot with Coupa.
