Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Senior IT Functional Analyst – Procurement to optimize Coupa and its SAP/Workday/Maximo integrations. You will configure, maintain, and enhance procurement platforms to support internal users and supplier onboarding.

The role requires strong Coupa experience, ERP knowledge, and collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams. A focus on process improvements, testing, and documentation is essential for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Coupa experience with configuration, APIs/integrations and XML.
• 3+ years combined Coupa and SAP experience, ideally S/4 in a RISE environment.
• 5+ years of technical experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL and the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa, including accounts, categories, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure the stability and functioning of interfaces between Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Workday, and other apps.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, interfaces, and business processes.
• Define and implement technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Perform testing and validation for system changes and enhancements.
• Support supplier onboarding in Coupa and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and IT to support priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement for process efficiency and UX.
• Document configurations, solutions, processes, and test results.
