KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Procurement Systems Administrator to join Global Procurement. The role focuses on configuring workflows, onboarding, data fields, roles, and permissions on the supplier information and engagement platform to meet procurement and compliance needs.

You will manage SaaS releases, coordinate with the vendor, govern supplier master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data across ERP, risk platforms, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of procurement experience with supplier onboarding or master data.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or supply chain.
• One year of experience administering SaaS business systems and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the SaaS-based supplier information platform.
• Manage releases, feature rollouts, and configuration changes with the vendor.
• Oversee supplier master data governance and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with procurement, compliance, finance, and risk to align data across systems.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics for onboarding, risk and compliance.
• Provide user training and drive adoption through guidance and best practices.
