Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Procurement Process Manager to join the Global Procurement Group. You will own process documentation, lead governance, and support audits while ensuring clear, compliant procurement operations across the organization.

The role requires extensive procurement experience in global settings, strong certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management, and familiarity with major procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, SAP SRM, and ServiceNow S2P.

Qualifications

• At least five years of procurement experience in global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Risk, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement certification (or five years equivalent).
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
• Good understanding of leading procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP SRM, ServiceNow S2P).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain GP's process documentation, ensuring SOP and related guidance remain accurate and aligned with function operations.
• Lead the end-to-end change governance process.
• Prepare and organize all documents needed for audits and policy reviews affecting Global Procurement.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the Non-Budgeted Items Policy to ensure proper adherence.
• Run workshops and reviews to align on process designs and changes.
• Review Global Procurement SharePoint sites to ensure content is clear and findable.
• Support communication and change activities across Global Procurement strategic initiatives.
• Uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
