Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Procurement Process Manager to join the Global Procurement Group. You will own GP process documentation, drive end-to-end governance, and prepare documents for audits and policy reviews.

You will lead workshops, manage the Non-Budgeted Items Policy, and ensure content clarity across SharePoint sites while supporting global procurement initiatives and upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of procurement experience in global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain GP process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead end-to-end change governance for the function.
• Prepare documents for audits and policy reviews.
• Manage Non-Budgeted Items Policy day-to-day operations.
• Run workshops and discussions to design and implement process changes.
• Review SharePoint content to ensure clarity and usefulness.
• Support communication and change activities across strategic initiatives.
• Uphold integrity and professional standards in the work environment.
