Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Onsite Equipment Supply Chain Manager for data center construction in Atlanta. You will lead onsite supply chain operations for owner- and contractor-furnished equipment, manage logistics, inventory, and installation readiness, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain or logistics within mission-critical environments, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement within construction or data center environments.
• Experience with OFE, CFE, and long-lead procurement programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Project or equivalent PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite supply chain operations for data center construction projects.
• Plan, track, and manage delivery, storage, and installation readiness of equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and freight providers to align schedules.
• Monitor procurement status, shipping, and delivery forecasts; mitigate risks.
• Maintain inventory control, warehouse operations, and documentation.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain and logistics processes.
