Responsibilities

• Supervises and plans staff in purchasing and procurement.
• Coordinates contract development, negotiation, and renewal.
• Oversees competitive solicitations (RFQ, ITB, RFP).
• Maintains vendor relationships and addresses protests within timeframes.
• Ensures compliance with procurement rules and regulations.
