Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Columbia Falls, MT is seeking a proactive procurement specialist to support mill uptime by managing MRO parts, bulk supplies, equipment, services and capital projects.

You will lead RFx, issue SAP Purchase Orders, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings while maintaining accurate inventory and timely deliveries. This role collaborates with Operations Procurement Lead Team, mill leadership and storeroom staff to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFx process and issue SAP Purchase Orders or Contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
• Drive cost savings and manage investment recovery.
• Maintain on-time delivery and supplier performance.
• Supervise storeroom staff and manage inventory.
• Ensure accurate documentation in SAP and recordkeeping.
