Job summary

LP Building Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Storeroom/Materials Management associate to support the site Materials Manager and Maintenance Planner. You will handle receiving, inventory control, data updates in EAM, and coordination of internal customer requests.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in storeroom operations, SAP/EAM, and a solid understanding of materials management.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/procurement/supply management preferred.
• Storeroom/materials management background advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.
• Ability to operate computer systems (EAM, SAP, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Service the daily needs of plant personnel in the storeroom.
• Receive shipments; inspect for damage; verify against packing lists.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and physical counts on spares.
• Maintain and update EAM records; add new parts to the database.
• Assist in month-end processes with Supply Chain Planning & Fulfillment.
• Manage paperwork and backup documentation; coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Keep storeroom clean, organized, and safe; support vendor relations.
