The role requires strong data accuracy in ERP/CMMS systems and active participation in cycle counts and SOP development. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing part sourcing, ensuring quality, and collaborating with maintenance to support plant operations while

Qualifications

• Negotiate parts and services costs to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and service vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Keep parts master data accurate in ERP/CMMS and manage on-hand targets.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate parts & service costs and identify lowest cost alternatives that meet quality requirements.
• Maintain equipment master spare parts list and on-hand targets; ensure proper location and bar coding.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory; report usage trends and identify slow-moving parts.
• Develop SOPs and maintain internal controls for purchasing activities.
• Ensure all goods and services are acquired per current purchasing policies.
