Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of two years purchasing, procurement, or contract management experience.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent required; CTCD certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions for completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Assist customers with researching vendors and drafting competitive specifications.
• Prepare and distribute competitive solicitations; review bids to determine best value.
• Process requisitions to purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain procurement documentation and files for the system of record.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve purchasing issues and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and review procurement reports and support for disaster recovery or continuity plans.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
