Job summary

Winsupply Sourcing Services seeks a procurement and inventory specialist to manage WSS inventory processes, including procurement, management, and reverse logistics, across our DC network. You will engage with WRIO vendors and LC supply houses to grow the book of business and improve inventory turnover.

The role emphasizes data-driven stocking strategies, PO execution, and collaboration with regional teams to optimize service in designated sectors.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and software.
• Experience in wholesale distribution or procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage WSS inventory procurement and transfers with assigned vendors and DCs.
• Maintain service metrics such as fill rate, inventory turn, and DOH.
• Leverage system knowledge to setup new items and maintain item data.
• Identify overstocks, manage vendor returns, and support DC receiving teams.
• Collaborate with Local Companies to expand product offerings within service sectors.
