Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Procurement professional to partner with the Equipment Team in managing parts inventory and maintaining adequate stock of maintenance supplies.

You will process requisitions, support engineering initiatives, reconcile invoices and POs, and contribute to accurate cycle counting and stock control. The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Two year certificate or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and wafer processing equipment.
• Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment in fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Submit purchase requisitions for equipment components, assembly repair, spares, and consumables.
• Work with Engineering teams to support multiple initiatives.
• Perform and assist in invoice and purchase order reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory, including cycle counting.
• Handle shipping, receiving, storing, equipment spares and consumables.
• Interact with vendors in repair or cleaning cycles.
• Identify, investigate, and correct invoicing mistakes with vendors and internal teams.
