Job summary

CJM Facility Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse/procurement specialist to support warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and keep field service runs efficient. The role focuses on accurate stock, organized records, and timely material preparation for technicians.

The candidate will collaborate with technicians and suppliers, monitor stock, and help drive process improvements to reduce waste and improve inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, or procurement.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership or responsibilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse as needed.
• Ability to lift, move materials supplies with or without reasonable accommodation, consistent with the roles’ physical requirements.
• Ability to safely handle and organize warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenished.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and accessible.
• Prepare materials, tools, and supplies for field technicians.
• Track materials issued to technicians and help maintain accountability for company inventory.
• Communicate with team/suppliers regarding pricing, availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized purchasing records, invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to understand material and supply needs.
• Support process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve inventory accuracy.],
