Job summary

Apollopros is seeking two Procurement Specialist II professionals to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on timely delivery of materials, components, and services to production programs, with an emphasis on contract terms, cost analysis, and supplier performance.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams, using ERP/MRP systems and MS Office to manage purchase

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years procurement or sourcing experience, or 6+ years without degree.
4+ years of purchasing experience in an MRP/ERP-driven manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting procurement negotiations and supplier management activities.
Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, and procurement-related agreements.

Responsibilities

Procure critical components, materials, and services for manufacturing operations.
Manage assigned suppliers and contract activities to ensure reliable supply and performance.
Act as liaison between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Programs).
Track delivery schedules and support compliance and process improvements.
