Zusammenfassung

Zachry Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to support estimating in Deal Development and procurement execution in the award phase. You will handle sourcing events for standard to medium critical items, issue RFIs, develop strategies, and manage supplier relations using Oracle and Aconex PPMS.

Responsibilities include contract management, bid conferences, evaluations, negotiations, and close collaboration with engineers and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required with ability to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Office 365/SharePoint/Teams preferred.
• 1–2 years in industrial procurement is advantageous; travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement execution for standard to medium criticality sourcing events.
• Develop sourcing strategies and issue RFPs/RFIs; evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate awards and write supplier recommendations to justify decisions.
• Maintain contract content, terms, and change orders with suppliers.
