The position requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, basic ERP familiarity, and strong computer skills. It is an on-site role in Wisconsin with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Prior inventory control purchasing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases to support production schedules and minimize inventory.
• Coordinate with sourcing to identify suppliers and resolve pricing or delivery issues.
• Obtain product, price, and delivery information from suppliers.
• Resolve issues with deliveries, shortages, or quality with vendors.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor delivery performance.
• Update Kan Ban system and adapt to new products.
