Qualifications

• 6–8 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or buyer experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Epicor).
• Intermediate Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders using ERP systems.
• Review requests for pricing accuracy and approvals.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing and availability.
• Maintain vendor records, catalogs, and pricing.
• Analyze purchasing trends to support forecasting.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analytics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and AP.
