Job summary

Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to research requested products, obtain quotes, and secure the best pricing. You will enter orders in NetSuite, verify receipts, and handle mailroom duties as part of daily operations.

The role requires strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work with vendors and cross-functionally across teams. This on-site position supports facility operations in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Place all assigned orders for stock, non-stock, office supplies, and routine service/repair.
• Obtain all necessary quotes on goods and/or services requested.
• Work with prime vendors on pricing and delivery requirements.
• Enter orders accurately into NetSuite in a timely manner.
• Receive stock, non-stock, and service/repair orders promptly.
• Coordinate with accounts payable to ensure billing for month end.
• Maintain department files in NetSuite, Compliatric and email folders.
• Handle mailroom duties and distribute mail to appropriate recipients.
• Prepare or pull reports as needed for cost optimization.
• Assist with special projects such as facility openings or renovations.
• Maintain postage supplies and process interoffice/mail delivery.
