Job summary

WA River Protection Solutions at Hanford’s H2C program seeks a motivated Material Services Supervisor to lead materials support for safe, reliable operations across Hanford Tank Farms. You will oversee material coordination, inventory, procurement support, and excess disposition to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical maintenance activities.

The role emphasizes safety culture, adherence to ISMS, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, warehousing, and field teams to maintain

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Six (6) years of related experience in material management, inventory control, or related supply chain operations.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in an operational environment.
• Working knowledge of material control principles, procurement support processes, and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Material Services personnel supporting maintenance, operations, and project activities.
• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with ISMS principles and company values.
• Prioritize, assign, and oversee work activities to support operational schedules and customer requirements.
• Review and assign work to Material Coordinators assuring all Material Orders/Requests are completed correctly and expeditiously.
• Review and assign work to Storekeepers and HAMTC Drivers.
• Coordinate with Procurement to issue Purchase Orders and support material deliveries.
