Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

Provide leadership in the Strategic Sourcing process, focused on North America, with global support as needed. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, primarily related to capital construction spends including MEP, and support additional areas as necessary. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and statements of work in collaboration with legal teams. Ensure smooth requisitioning and purchase order processes with proper documentation. Lead cross-functional sourcing teams, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing leaders to develop procurement schedules, analyze spend data for opportunities, and formulate negotiation strategies. Lead negotiations with suppliers, engaging with senior internal and external leaders (VPs, Principals, CFOs).

Main Duties:

• 50% Lead cross-functional teams, determine requirements, select suppliers, manage bidding, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring value and cost savings.
• 25% Act as the primary sourcing contact for assigned categories, develop procurement plans, and manage supplier relationships for ongoing value and service.
• Train non-sourcing staff on procurement processes and procedures.
• 25% Review quotes, statements of work, contracts, and facilitate requisition to purchase processes.

Typical Day:

Focus on RFx Management, Negotiations, and Contract Management.
