Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Procurement experience supporting chemical manufacturing, polymers, specialty chemicals, refining, energy, or industrial manufacturing.
• Understanding of raw material procurement, supplier pricing mechanisms, index-based pricing, or commodity purchasing.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboarding, or data visualization tools.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives, systems implementations, or procurement transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical procure-to-pay (P2P) activities for direct materials procurement.
• Maintain purchasing agreements, pricing records, and supplier data within SAP.
• Monitor procurement transactions, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers regarding pricing, invoicing, and commercial matters.
• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, material qualification, and procurement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, controls, and purchasing procedures.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of procurement systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
