This individual will oversee raw materials sourcing, supplier relationships, spend management, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep experience in chemicals or adjacent industries and a proven ability to drive cost savings, operational excellence, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead raw materials procurement and oversee end-to-end purchasing activities
• Manage spending, budgeting, and supply chain cost optimization initiatives
• Develop and deploy procurement strategies aligned with manufacturing and business goals
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct market research and evaluate supplier performance, risks, and opportunities
