FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Luxury Procurement Specialist in Carlsbad, CA to evaluate and appraise pre-owned handbags and accessories for online clients. The role supports a Sunday-Thursday schedule with fixed hours, conducting brand research (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) and delivering timely quotes based on demand and data.

You will review items in person for condition and brand details, and develop efficient, accurate research methods.

Qualifikationen

• Strong research abilities and extreme attention to detail.
• Outstanding written, detail-oriented and verbal communication.
• Proficient typing skills (30 wpm+)
• Proactive spirit and willingness to learn and cross-train
• Comfortable sitting for long periods (8 hours) at a computer
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in retail, luxury fashion is a plus
• Trend-focused mindset with emphasis on pricing judgement

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a resourceful and detailed Luxury Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team at our beautiful facility here in Carlsbad, CA. In this role you will be trained to evaluate and appraise luxury pre-owned handbags and accessories (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) from clients online. Working schedule would be Sunday - Thursday. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-4:30pm and Sunday 9-5:30pm, Responsibilities include:

• Research brand, style, and resale value of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories
• Assess demand and analyze internal and external sales data to provide accurate and timely quotes to online customers
• Review items in person, including the condition and brand-specific information
• Develop personal strategies for research methods, focusing on efficiency and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a corporate office setting, sitting for long periods of time at a computer (8 hours per day)
• Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Previous experience in retail, luxury fashion a PLUS
• Trend Focused mindset with emphasis on pricing judgement

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: This position begins at $22.00/HR for all new hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location. Every Employee will have the opportunity for continued promotional opportunities via our Benchmarking Program which offers Title and Pay changes as you grow with the company.
