Job summary

Renovo Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to own transactional sourcing activities, including purchase orders, service contracts, and entitlement records. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) reports to the Sourcing Manager and collaborates with accounts payable, field service, and master data teams.

You will turn requests into PO lines, track orders, maintain contract records, and manage vendor onboarding with Finance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement support, contract administration, or transactional coordination experience.
• Experience with an ERP, purchasing, or contract management system.
• Working Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to move many items at once.
• Independent work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and service requests with correct vendor, price, and terms.
• Track orders through acknowledgement, shipment, delivery, and receipt; chase late items.
• Resolve price, quantity, part number, and specification discrepancies before invoicing.
• Maintain complete, auditable purchase records for audit readiness.
• Maintain service contracts and entitlement records, including renewal triggers.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding with Finance; ensure pricing and contacts are current.
