Job summary

RENOVO Solutions in United States (Massachusetts) seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to execute capex plans for lab equipment and service contracts. You will negotiate quotes, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings across laboratory asset management and equipment purchasing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
5+ years of experience in procurement.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Experience working with laboratory equipment.
Knowledge of GxP and data integrity requirements in regulated environments.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Guide equipment requestors through the purchasing process.
Negotiate quotes with suppliers within SLAs; liaise with suppliers and requestors.
Upload revised quotes into ticketing workflow.
Develop long-term supplier partnerships and implement KPIs/dashboards.
Review pricing against customer pricing agreements and ensure application.
Identify savings, supplier consolidation and value creation opportunities.
Track savings in customer tools or spreadsheets; steer scientists to preferred sources.
Support supplier setup and pass-through purchasing through Renovo channels.
