Responsibilities

• Negotiate equipment quotes with Vertex suppliers within defined SLAs and track savings.
• Coordinate delivery logistics for Renovo pass-through purchases.
• Review annual OEM/ISO service contracts and plan price discounts.
• Compile data for supplier service performance scorecards.
• Support Renovo QBRs by organizing supplier reviews and updates.
• Prepare and process POs; track invoices and service data.
