Covestro in Pittsburgh invites new graduates to join the Procurement Rotational Development Program, an 18‑month journey through each procurement department, with the goal of placing you in a full‑time role in a spend category.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, learn strategic sourcing, negotiate contracts, and complete cross‑functional projects while developing leadership, analytics, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a field like Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or IT.
Preferred: GPA 3.0 or above.
Experience with Covestro or in procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Rotate across procurement departments over ~18 months and transition to a full-time role in a procurement spend category.
Learn strategic sourcing processes and supplier management.
Perform market research, vet suppliers, participate in bids, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects and training in strategic sourcing.
