Job summary

Covestro is offering a 12-week summer internship in its Procurement group at the North American headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. You will work on projects that support planning, analysis and procurement of strategic materials and services across multiple plant sites.

You will gain exposure to SAP, interact with experienced professionals, and may visit a plant or warehouse to understand day-to-day operations and product flow.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with emphasis in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, IT, or International Business.
• Completion of Freshman year.
• Sophomore year completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, analysis and procurement of strategic materials and services.
• Collaborate with Procurement professionals and plant sites.
• Potential plant/warehouse visits to gain operational insight.
