Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as: Supply Chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Information Technology
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Previous experience at Covestro
• Experience with SAP, APO, statistical tools and or modeling software
• Ability to speak, read or write German or Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Operations through co-op or internship experience; preferably in a chemical/industrial organization

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational program across procurement functions.
• Support market research, vet suppliers, perform bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Learn the strategic sourcing process and how to evaluate and manage suppliers in a global cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive value creation.
