Job summary

Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations Southeast Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC) seeks an experienced Procurement Representative to acquire mechanical hardware for multiple MFC programs and locations. You will manage supplier cost, schedule, and performance on mechanical components, with on-site duties in Orlando, FL, and a focus on customer service to internal MFC customers.

The role requires autonomous work, knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and experience with P2P systems (SAP/S4HANA).

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience with specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR and DFAR
• Demonstrated ability to execute and peer review compliant procurement packages
• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for all assignments
• Self-motivated and demonstrated sense of urgency
• Experience placing and managing Purchase Orders in Procure to S4Hana, SAP, Procure to Pay (P2P), SC Nav, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to interact with management, suppliers, LM functions, and other personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to make sound business based decisions
• Ability to think outside the box and bring unique solutions to the table
• Ability to multi-task while balancing strategic priorities and recognizing when to

Responsibilities

• Work with Program and other areas of the business in matters of Supplier and procurement management.
• Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation and follow through.
• This position will require the individual to manage commodities with complex and high volume of purchase requisitions.
• The ideal candidate is considered a highly proficient supply chain subject matter expert
• A strong emphasis on excellent customer service to internal MFC customers.

• Experience with TINA level purchase orders and commercial item justifications

• Experience executing and definitizing letter contracts

• Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing as they relate to PO Placement and Supplier Management.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00
