Job summary

The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) in Arizona is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator to join our Purchasing department. You will process purchase orders, verify contents, track data, and support end-user needs while coordinating daily Receiving and inventory tasks.

Role includes resolving invoice discrepancies, generating reports, and participating in department projects.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 1 years of Purchasing and Receiving/Shipping Experience, or equivalent combination of experience
• Proficient computer skills, experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP software
• Knowledge in data tracking and Microsoft Excel
• Must be available for 8 hours during business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity
• Invoice discrepancy research and correction
• Reports, Issue investigation, end-user relationships
• Training, personal development, other duties as assigned
