TGen, the Translational Genomics Research Institute, is seeking a Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator based in Arizona to manage purchase orders, receiving, and supplier communications. The role involves processing orders, recording inbound packages, and maintaining inventory with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

Candidates should have an Associate degree and 1 year of purchasing/receiving experience, plus experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP and strong Excel/data-tracking

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 1 year of Purchasing/Receiving experience, or equivalent combination of experience.
• Proficient with Oracle or SAP ERP software and Excel.
• Strong data tracking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity.
• Invoice discrepancy research and correction.
• Reports, issue investigation, end-user relationships.
• Training, personal development, other duties as assigned.
